100 Ambassadors of Happiness

Together with the Singapore Tourism Board, we wanted to get the nation's young people to look beyond the long hours and ordinary starting salaries – and see that a hotel career is well worth a shot.

So we shone a light on the inspiring career stories of 100 staff from across the country. Stories that show just why they say the hotel business is the Business of Happiness. We released new stories every week over 15 months, leading to:

52% increase in leads.
245% increase in job applications.
